The following control equipment shall be maintained and operated to ensure satisfactory <br /> performance. The owner or operator shall monitor compliance with this condition through the <br /> results of approved compliance tests (when required), compliance with the Operating and <br /> Maintenance Plan, compliance records, and other methods as approved by the <br /> Division. This source shall be limited to the following maximum consumption, processing and/or <br /> operational rates as listed below. Monthly records of the actual process rate shall be maintained <br /> by the applicant and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. (Reference: <br /> Regulation 3, Part B, II.A.4) <br /> Process/Consumption Limits <br /> AIRS Process Parameter Annual Limit <br /> Point <br /> Production of hot mix asphalt concrete shall not exceed 250,000 tons per year <br /> 001 Handling and consumption of aggregates, asphalt cement, and fuels shall not exceed <br /> the quantities corresponding to the production limit as described in the application. <br /> Compliance with the yearly process limits shall be determined on a rolling twelve(12)month total. <br /> By the end of each month a new twelve-month total is calculated based on the previous twelve <br /> months' data. The permit holder shall calculate monthly process rate and keep a compliance <br /> record on site or at a local field office with site responsibility, for Division review. <br /> Fuels approved for use in the operation of the burner of this plant are propane and on- <br /> specification used oil. No other fuels may be used in the burner. Records of fuel consumption <br /> shall be maintained and made available to the Division for inspection upon request. <br /> No off specification used oil shall be burned at this facility. All used oil shall meet the following <br /> used oil specifications limits: <br /> Compound Limit <br /> Arsenic 5 ppm <br /> Cadmium 2 ppm <br /> Chromium 10 ppm <br /> Lead 100 ppm <br /> Total halogens 1000 ppm <br /> In addition,the flash point shall be greater than or equal to 100 degrees F. <br /> Records of the used oil specifications shall be maintained for each batch of used oil received. <br /> These specifications may be obtained from the oil supplier or the permittee may have the batch <br /> tested. <br /> AIRS ID: 777/1674/001 Page 3 of 12 <br />
