Magnesium chloride <br /> and gravelling of haul roads may also occur, if necessary, to control dust. The operation will be <br /> covered by a CDPHE Fugitive Dust permit.Noise from operations will be limited as mining <br /> progresses down below grade. <br /> 8. Import Materials <br /> On occasion,topsoil or overburden may be imported to the site to be used in reclamation. To <br /> ensure that all imported materials are clean and inert the individual or company delivering <br /> material to the facility is required to sign an affidavit certifying that material is clean and inert, <br /> states the original source, and the estimated volume.
