(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />Therefore, Tri-State on behalf of Colowyo is submitting this adequacy response for Permit Renewal No. 7 <br />(RN -07). <br />1. Please update the proposed Table of Contents to include changes associated with TR -115. <br />Response: Please see response to comment 13. <br />2. It appears to theDivision that there is a typo on proposed Volume 1, page 2.03-20 under <br />Section 2.03.9— Personal Injury and Property Damage Insurance Information with the <br />word "Cert-ificate ". Please correct the referenced proposed page. <br />Response: The misspelled word in Section 2.03.9 has been corrected as requested. <br />3. On proposed Volume 1, page 2.05-5 under the section "Mime Facilities ", it refers to Map <br />22A as the Existing Structures — North Map. According the Division's records, Existing <br />Structures — North Map is Map 22. Please update the reference to the correct map. <br />Response: The citation to Map 22 has been corrected as requested. <br />4. It appears to the Division that the Explosive Storage Area was removed under proposed <br />Volume 1, Section 2.05.3. Per rule 2.05.3(3), a description, plans, and drawings, <br />describing the location, construction, modification, use, maintenance and removal of mine <br />support facilities in the permit area including all buildings, structures, utility corridors and <br />other support facilities including but not limited to those listed in 4.04 shall be contained in <br />the permit.
