Colowyo Coal Company L.P. <br />general location of this parcel, and Map 3 for a representative cross-sections of the <br />regraded areas in relation to the approved post -mining topography. <br />COI and CO2 are a 0.3 and 0.2 acre parcels that were access points for a geotechnical <br />drilling program and the small areas were reclaimed in 2016. No mining occurred at <br />either location and the only ground disturbing activities that occurred was brushing. <br />Once drilling was completed both areas was reseeded as required. No backfill or <br />regrading occurred as these areas was not mined, and the final post -mine surface matches <br />the pre -mine condition. Please see Map 2 for the locations of this parcels. <br />C05 is a 0.1 -acre parcel that was a location for a monitoring well and this small area was <br />reclaimed in 2016. The well was dry and the monitoring well location was abandoned. <br />Ground disturbing activities included brushing and once the well location was abandoned <br />the area was reseeded. No backfill and regrade occurred as this area was not mined, and <br />the final post -mine surface matches the pre -mine condition. Please see Map 2 for the <br />locations of this parcel. <br />Geotechnical drill holes WR -1 through WR -4 were drill holes that were drilled under a <br />geotechnical drilling program to assess the ground conditions for the expansion of the <br />pumping station and new raw water pipeline. All holes were plugged and abandon as <br />required. Drill holes WR -1 and WR -2 have had the Wilson Reservoir pump house <br />constructed over them and are no longer present in any manner. Drill holes WR -3 and <br />WR -4 were drilled on either side of State Highway 13 and both have been fully plugged <br />and abandoned. <br />SL -13 Phase I Bond Release Application Page 8 <br />
