5. Stipulations <br /> The following opposers have stipulated to the entry of this Decree or earlier versions of <br /> this Decree that were no less restrictive upon Applicant than this Decree. The Court has <br /> approved the following stipulations: <br /> a) Consolidated Mutual Water Company, approved by Court Order February 25, <br /> 2016 <br /> b) City of Westminster, approved by Court Order on March 2, 2016. <br /> c) Coors Brewing Company, approved by Court Order on March 7, 2016. <br /> d) City of Northglenn, approved by Court Order on March 7, 2016. <br /> e) City of Arvada, approved by Court Order on April 19, 2016. <br /> f) Public Service Company of Colorado, approved by Court Order on April25, <br /> 2016. <br /> g) Colorado State Engineer and Division Engineer for Water Division 1, approved <br /> by Court Order on May 3, 2016. <br /> h) City of Thornton, approved by Court Order on May 4, 2016. <br /> i) The Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Company on May 13, 2016. <br /> j) Hyland Hills Park and Recreation District on May 19, 2016. <br /> 6.
