The berms were intact and stable. <br />There were no indications of erosional features. <br /> <br />- B-Portals Bench: The B seam portals have been sealed and the entrance to the tunnels were gated off. The bench <br />is organized and well kept. The berms were stable and capable of functioning as designed. There were no signs of <br />erosion. <br /> <br />- Wash Plant: The wash plant was inactive during the inspect ion. There was no remaining coal left on the main <br />stockpile. The area surrounding the wash plant was well kept. There were not any erosional issues noted. <br /> <br />- Loadout: The loadout pad was in good repair at the time of the inspection. The berms were in good condition <br />and there were no off -site impacts observed. No erosional features were identified. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 5: The D-Portals bench. The Photo was taken <br />above the coal stockpile pad looking southwest. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 6: The culvert in Photo 6 is located to the <br />northeast of the coal stockpile pad and runs <br />underneath the pad. <br />
