was also adjusted. The length of the culvert is 627 feet. The SL -6 RCE listed the culvert as 465 <br />feet long. The cost increased by $3,182.65 to remove the 60 inch culvert. <br />At the time ofthe last midterm review (October 13, 2015) there was one active stipulation attached <br />to the permit: <br />Stipulation No. 26 <br />ONE YEAR AFTER THE COMPLETION OF RECLAMATION ACT IVIT IES AT THE <br />LOADOUT, THE OPERATOR SHALL COMPARE THE SOIL CHARACT ERIST ICS OF THE <br />RECLAIMED AREA WITH THE ADJACENT UNDISTURBED ORCHARD AREAS TO <br />VERIFY T HAT T HE HYDROLOCdC FUNCT ION OF FLOOD IRRIGABILIT Y HAS BEEN <br />RESTORED. SUCH COMPARISON SHOULD BE IN THE FORM OF INFILT RAT ION, <br />PERMEABILITY AND T EXT URE STUDIES. <br />Since the loadout has not been reclaimed, Stipulation No. 26 will remain active. <br />No new stipulations have been imposed since the 2015 midterm review. <br />Summary of Revisions since the 2015 Midterm Review <br />T he following revisions have been submitted since the last midterm reviewof the Bowie No. 1 <br />Mine permit application package. <br />Minor Revision No. 135 was received by the Division on June 7, 2016. The revision revised the <br />C-1981-038 permit to update the identification of interests section. The revision also included <br />updated ownership and control information. MR -135 was approved and issued on February 7, <br />2017. <br />Minor Revision No. 136 was received by the Division on September 6, 2017. The revision <br />updated Map 6A -5D to reflect the conditions on the ground. There was no additional <br />disturbance associatedwith the revision and no additional bondwas required. MR -136 was <br />approved and issued on September 28, 2017. <br />Technical Revision No. 60 was received on December 16, 2015. The technical revision served <br />as BRL's responses to the Midterm Review No. 7. The revision also reduced the permit area by <br />400 acres. The 400 acres were permitted under Permit Revision No. 14 for the Bowie No. 2 <br />Mine, C-1996-083. TR -60 was approved on February 3, 2017 and issued on February 23, 2016. <br />Technical Revision No. 61 was received on July 28, 2016. The revision suspended water <br />monitoring stations deemed no longer necessary which are associated with the Bowie No. 1 <br />Mine hydrologic monitoring plan. TR -61 approved BRL to permanently suspend 10 <br />groundwater and 14 surface water monitoring sites. Two additional surface water sites were <br />approved to change the monitoring frequency. TR 61 was approved on September 1, 2016 and <br />issued on September 20, 2016. <br />
