Request for Technical Revision <br /> File No. M-1977-559 <br /> ATTACHMENT #1 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED TECHNICAL REVISION <br /> REQUESTED CHANGE TO RECLAMATION PLAN <br /> • This request follows Technical Revision Approval No. TR-04 ("Approval No. TR-04"), <br /> which granted certain revisions to the Reclamation Plan, but did not allow for certain <br /> structures to remain without evidence that they were permitted by applicable zoning. A <br /> copy of Approval No. TR-04 is enclosed as Attachment#2. <br /> • A revision is now requested to the Reclamation Plan to allow the existing shop building <br /> and concrete aggregate storage bunkers to the south to remain, as authorized by a Special <br /> Review Use Permit issued under Fremont County zoning regulations. Enclosed as <br /> Attachment#3 please find a copy of Resolution No. 31 (2017), passed by the Fremont <br /> County Department of Planning and Zoning, which grants South Forty Recreation LLC a <br /> Special Review Use Permit allowing for these uses. <br /> • The location of the existing shop building and concrete aggregate storage bunkers is <br /> indicated on the site map enclosed as Attachment#4. <br /> SUMMARY OF STRUCTURES TO REMAIN <br /> • Shop Building <br /> • Aggregate Storage Bunkers <br /> • Concrete pavement/parking area, north of shop (approximately 25' x 180') <br /> • Concrete pavement/parking area, east of shop (approximately 25' x 40') <br /> • Concrete pavement/parking area, north of bunkers (approximately 30' x 60') <br /> • Concrete slab by original gate (landscape parking antique dump truck) <br />
