Reitz and <br />Wing 1999). Analyzed attributes were recorded in a standard excel spreadsheet for each collected <br />artifact (Table 4). Attempts were made to identify element, side, and species on recovered <br />specimens as much as allowed based on the completeness of the specimen. Bones were dry <br />washed for examination of potential evidence of processing including cut marks and any other <br />potential cultural modifications. Further analysis, like Minimum Number of Identified specimens, <br />could not be employed to determine consumption patterns due to the highly fragmented, yet small, <br />assemblage size. <br />Table 4.
