See Volume 7, page 2.05-14. <br />Rule 2.05.5 - Post Mining Land Uses <br />11. DRMS - Page 2.05-31 has a sentence that reads; "Delta County has no land use codes <br />and as such has no requirement for the approval of post -mining uses." Please remove <br />the sentence from the text. <br />BRL — Volume 7 page 2.05-31 was revised. The page number changed to 2.05-33. A <br />reference to Delta County's specific development regulations was added in lieu of the <br />comment about Delta County having no land use codes. <br />Revised Pages <br />12. DRMS - Volume VII, Page 2.05-1, 1st paragraph, 2nd line: "The loadout will handle up to <br />5 million ... ". Please revise the text in this sentence. <br />BRL—Volume 7 page 2.05-1 was revised. <br />13. DRMS - Volume VII, Page 2.05-7, 2nd paragraph, line 2: "The disturbances associated <br />with the trail loadout facilities ... ". Please revise the text in this sentence. <br />BRL—Volume 7 page 2.05-7 was revised. <br />Page 2.05-13 was revised to indicate the 500 gallon fuel tanks at the shop have been removed <br />from the site. <br />Map 7 was revised to show a highway culvert and a culvert that is not part of the <br />sedimentation control plan.
