RMCC's current lease with the City of Aurora for fully reusable <br /> municipal wastewater return flows still provides adequate replacement supplies through 2018, <br /> even including the additional surface areas. As is presently the case, we expect the Aurora lease <br /> water will be delivered at the Metro Hite Wastewater Treatment Plant which is approximately 25 <br /> miles upstream from the confluence of the South Platte River and Big Dry Creek where the <br /> mining depletions will accrue to the river. The District 2 transit loss rate is projected to be 0.5% <br />
