<br />Enclosed are two copies of Trapper's Permit Revision PR -09 application for the five-year permit term, 2018-
<br />2022. Also enclosed is a copy of a newspaper public notice for the Craig Press and a revision application
<br />form to our existing coal mining and reclamation permit. This permit revision proposes to disturb an
<br />additional 564 acres within our approved permit area during the PR -9 permit term.
<br />Enclosed with this letter is a three-page cross-reference index of all changes to text and maps proposed with
<br />this revision. Included with the cross-reference index is a brief description of each proposed change and, as
<br />appropriate, brief comments are added.
<br />During the 2018-2022 permit term, mining and haulroad-constructionactivity will continue to occur in L and
<br />N Pits. In addition, reclamation activity will continue in Kimber, Lancaster and Ashmore (ash) Pits (refer to
<br />M10 series maps).
