Westmoreland Inc., dated December 11, 1985. Right-of-way crosses
the S/2 of Section 14, Township 13 South, Range 92 West, is
approximately 3650 feet in length and averages 60 feet in width, and
contains 5.03 acres, more or less.
23. Release from Agreement and Surface Access Agreement from Lois
P. Pavlisick and James Andrew Pavlisick to Cyprus Orchard Valley
Coal Corporation, dated October 1, 1993, a memorandum of which is
recorded in Book 711, Page 25, Delta County records. Document
