Clayton Wein -3- February 28, 2018 BRL—Volume 7, Section 2.05 was revised to update the reclamatio _plan._The current configuration of the Black Bridge Road is shown on new post mining land use map (Map 8A). 8. DRMS - The Division currently holds two bonds totaling $3,315,000.00. The Bond held by the Division is in the form of two corporate sureties. The remaining reclamation work to be conducted at the Bowie No. I East Mine, West Mine and Paonia Loadout requires a surety of $3,264, 189.05. The bond held by the Division is an excess of $50,810.95. The Reclamation liability for the permit was calculated for the SL -5 Bond Release Application. The Division is currently conducting a new reclamation cost estimate for the SL -6 Bond Release Application. The Division will forward that estimate under separate cover. BRL— No response required. 09.DRMS - Volume 7, Reclamation Cost Estimate for the Paonia Loadout. Please update the chart in Section 3.05 to reflect current conditions at the Paonia loadout.
