HI Aquifer
The HI aquifer is represented by tests on the aquifer from six wells including
a multi-well test conducted on well GP-3 as a pumping well with GP-3A as an
observation well. Two ranges of transmissivity are reflected in t he analysis of the
tests. Wells GC-1, GF-4 and GP-7 represent transmissivity values from 3.2
gal/day/ft to 10 gal/day/ft, while wells GB-5, GP-3 and GP-3A range from 78-595
gal/day/ft.
Completion data for these wells is reflective in the transmitting ability of
the aquifer near each well. Wells completed in only the H or I seam typically have
lower transmissivity, while well completions that include the complete HI aquifer
show much higher transmissivities. Average transmissivities and permeabilities for
wells completed in only a portion of the HI aquifer are 6.6 gal/day/ft and .06
ft/day and 270 gal/day/ft and .60 ft/day for wells which are completed throughout
the aquifer.
Third White Sandstone
Aquifer tests have been conducted on 5 wells completed in the Third White
Sandstone. Wells GB-2, GBB-2, P-S, GC-2 and CP-9 were tested to determine the
transmitting ability of the Third White Sandstone aquifer in their respective areas.
The transmissivities of the aquifer in these areas range from 4 gal/day/ft to 34
gal/day/ft for all wells except well P-8. Well P-8 has a significantly higher
transmissivity of 9900 gal/day/ft.
_~
2-462 i
REVISED FFR ] z ~a?
