Panel 7, is approximately 12.2m to the right of Panel 6, measures 40cm in length and
18cm in height, and ranges 73 to 91 cm above pgs. The panel consists of three abraded areas
on the back wall of the overhang and is situated above a concentration of wall -fall boulders
(Plate 16). Similar to the abraded areas described in Panel 4, the element furthest to the right
in Panel 7 has a narrower internal groove abraded into the center of the broader, and
shallower, ground surface.
Plate 16. It consists of two faintly abraded vertical
lines that measure 1.2cm and 1.6cm in width and 8.8cm to 10.Ocm in length and another
element of two abraded lines that create a lopsided V-shape that measures 6.0cm in width and
7.3cm in height (Plate 17).
Evaluation and Management Recommendation
Site 5MF948 is field evaluated as eligible for placement on the National Register of
Historic Places (NRNP).
