Otten, Jr. Trust <br />("Owner") to leave intact, the buildings, structures and capital equipment located upon <br />the Golden Gilpin millsite (Gilpin County Parcels 183307201035 and 183307201022). <br />These structures and equipment are consistent with the land use code and designation <br />within Gilpin County &the City of Blackhawk (Commercial/Mixed Use;, Millsite Non - <br />Gaming). The historic nature of the structures and equipment are also consistent with the <br />"Heritage" and "Cultural Tourism" goals as outlined in the City of Blackhawk <br />Comprehensive Plan (Adopted November 10, 2004). 1t is the Owner's intent that <br />existing structures remain post -mining and beyond the life of the current DBMS <br />reclamation permit <br />If you have any questions regarding this matter, please do not hesitate to contact me at <br />your convenience. <br />Sincerely, <br />George E.
