If any additional adequacy items pertaining to this issue are <br />identified they will be forwarded to LRM as soon as possible. <br />Response 12b <br />LRM welcomes comments from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife. <br />An additional Avian Nest Survey Report has been prepared to support the current plan to <br />monitor site for raptor nests and to prepare for yearly surveys. A copy of this report is <br />included as Attachment 1. <br />RULE 6.4.5 EXHIBIT E — RECLAMATION PLAN <br />Comment 20a <br />Please specify the types and quantities of trees and shrubs to be planted at the site and <br />please update Exhibit F to show where these species will be planted.
