Response 3. As -Built 1 Record Drawings: The drawings have been updated with the
following corrections —
a. Scales have been removed from all drawings.
b. The North arrow has been further clarified on the drawings by stating 'Plant
North' which is a 44 degree clockwise rotation from true North.
C. The Illegible text has been corrected.
d. Drawings 20-647-26,20-647-27, and 20-647-28 are issued for 'Detailed
Design' as they apply to Phase II of the project and have not yet been
