Peabody Sage Creek Mine (C-2009-087) <br />Section III - Status of Stipulations <br />MT- 2 <br />The stipulation history for the Peabody Sage Creek Mine was reviewed as part of the midterm review. <br />The review included an investigation of any stipulations imposed since the last permit renewal, and <br />any responses to existing stipulations received since the last permit renewal. There were no <br />stipulations placed upon the original Peabody Sage Creek Mine permit, and none have been imposed <br />since. <br />Section IV— Permit Variances and Specific Approvals <br />The Sage Creek Mine permit does not include a variance under Rules 2.06.2 (experimental practices), <br />2.06.3 (mountaintop removal), and 2.06. 5 (approximate original contour (AOC) for steep slope <br />mining).
