Peabody Sage Creek Mine (C-2009-087) Section III - Status of Stipulations MT- 2 The stipulation history for the Peabody Sage Creek Mine was reviewed as part of the midterm review. The review included an investigation of any stipulations imposed since the last permit renewal, and any responses to existing stipulations received since the last permit renewal. There were no stipulations placed upon the original Peabody Sage Creek Mine permit, and none have been imposed since. Section IV— Permit Variances and Specific Approvals The Sage Creek Mine permit does not include a variance under Rules 2.06.2 (experimental practices), 2.06.3 (mountaintop removal), and 2.06. 5 (approximate original contour (AOC) for steep slope mining).
