graded areas along with buildings and asphalt areas that were approved
for retention through PR -3. The east end of the Conveyor Tunnel was
backfilled and filled with a 2 foot concrete plug. Due to inclement weather
and frozen soils, seeding was postponed until the 1St quarter of 2008.
Phase I Bond Release was approved on 13.5 acres with SL -4 on January
11, 2009. These 13.5 acres achieved final Phase II & III Bond Release
with SL -6 on December 14, 2010. Located in the SW% & SE% Section
34, T10S, R98W, 6th P.M.
