25. Cameo Refuse Disposal Area Topsoil Piles - These piles were used for
top soiling the CRDA2 during final reclamation activities. Phase I Bond
Release was approved on 2.9 acres with SL -2 on October 27, 2003.
Phase II & III Bond Release was approved on 2.9 acres with SL -8 on
November 14, 2015. Located in the SE'/, Section 28, T10S, R98W, 6th
P.M.

Phase III Bond Release — 2.9 acres
26. Conveyor Corridor - The conveyor corridor, from the Xcel culvert north to
Haul Road #3 was graded to approximate original contours and re-
seeded. Phase I Bond Release was approved on 2.2 acres with SL -2 on
October 27, 2003 and on 0.5 acres with SL -5 on November 5, 2009. The
0.5 acres achieved final Phase II & III Bond Release with SL -5, approved
on November 5, 2009 and the 2.2 acres achieved final Phase II & III Bond
Release with SL -7, approved on April 26, 2011. Located in SE%, Section
27 and NWY4, Section 34, T10S, R98W, 6th P.M.

27. Conveyor Corridor - The conveyor corridor, from the Xcel culvert south

Phase I Bond Release was approved on 0.6 acres with SL -4 on January
11, 2009 and on 1.0 acres with SL -5 on November 5, 2009. A total of 1.3
acres in this area achieved final Phase II & III Bond Release with SL -5 on
November 5, 2009. Located in SEY4, Section 27 and NWY4, Section 34,
T10S, R98W, 6th P.M.
