(Tri-State), is the parent company to <br />Axial Basin Coal Company, which is the general partner to Colowyo Coal Company L.P. (Colowyo). <br />The Colowyo Mine operates under Permit No. C-1981-019. Tri-State received your adequacy letter dated <br />February 1, 2018, and is providing the response below to your adequacy concern on behalf of Colowyo, <br />It should be noted that all adequacy comments that have been deemed resolved, the original comment has <br />not been retained under this cover. Adequacy comments that have not be resolved only the most recent <br />comment has been included with these responses. <br />1. This item is resolved. <br />2. The text was updated to remove the reference, however on further review a similar reference was <br />found in the first paragraph on proposed reuised page 118. Please reward tl�e text to remove the <br />second reference to the deleted figures. <br />Response: The references to Figures 2.05.6-1 and -2 have been removed on Rule 2, Page 118 as <br />requested. <br />3. At the request o, f'Colonyo Coal Company, and in recognition of the potential conflicts between <br />their construction schedules and the permitting schedules of other state agencies, stipulations 19 <br />and 20 are proposed to be modified, and stipulation 23 is proposed to be added.
