The following information comprises Bowie Resources LLC's revised application for a Phase I & II bond
release for its Bowie No. 1 Mine.
Based on a Field Inspection conducted the days of September 19,20 and 21 of 2017, and changes requested
by DRMS on November 8, 2017 changes have been made to the application. Changes made include, 1)
Updated acreages requested for release and corresponding Phase of bond release on appropriate Figure or
Exhibit, 2) Removal of DH 2011-1 from consideration, and 3) Updated Figures 1, 2 & 3 with changes listed in
numbers 1 & 2.
