The photo was taken <br />looking to the southeast. <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The haul road at the Bowie No.2 Mine consists of a paved portion and an un -paved portion. The paved <br />portion of the road starts at the D Portals bench and continues to the wash plant. This s ection of the road was in <br />good repair. The drainage ditches that parallel the road were clear of debris. No erosional issues were identified. <br />The unpaved portion of the haul road was in good condition. There were no erosional features observed. The <br />ditches for the road were free from debris. <br /> <br />The access roads above the facilities area were mostly covered with snow. No issues were noted in these <br />locations. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br /> - D Portals Bench: <br /> The D Portals bench is well kept. The bench was partially covered in snow. There were not any erosional <br />features identified on the bench. The berms were intact and functioning as designed to prevent off site impacts. <br /> <br />- Utilities Bench (Photo 5): <br /> The utilities bench was in good repair at the time of the inspection. The bench had some snow on it, but not <br />enough to cover the whole site. The berms were well maintained and the ditches were clear from debris. No
