No issues were identified. Topsoil <br />Pile 2 was well vegetated and stable. <br /> <br /> <br />ROADS – Rule 4.03 <br />Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3) <br />Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br />Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6) <br />Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> The haul road at the loadout is paved from the entrance to the site to the coal stockpile pad. The <br />remainder of the haul road on the coal stockpile pad is gravel. The paved portion of the road was in good repair <br />and there were no erosional concerns identified. The gravel portion of the haul road was in good condition and <br />there were no low spots with ponded water. The coal stockpile pad (Photo 2) had no erosional features major <br />enough to warrant repairs. There is a port ion of the stockpile pad on the northwest end that has some minor rills <br />leading into the perimeter ditch. The berms on the stockpile pad were stable and in good condition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Photo 2: The coal Stockpile pad is in good <br />condition. The berms are intact and the <br />perimeter ditches were capable of functioning as <br />designed. <br />
