On the east side of Munger creek, ATV tracks proceeded
eastward on the road, in addition to human tracks. The tracks continued to the reclaimed pond and topsoil
stockpile area where they turned around and went back to the west. The inspector attempted to continue eastward
past the waste rock pile, but the road became too icy and the snow too crusty so that forward progress was
impeded. Due to the frozen nature of the roadway, no ruts were forming. The inspection did not reach the western
extent of the reclaimed haul road.

RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3:
The reclaimed pond, and topsoil stockpile footprint were in the sun. The area is dry, and the vegetation
was dormant. There was no sign of winter annuals beginning to germinate. CAM Minining should consult with
the local Weed managment agency to determine if this would be an appropriate time to apply a pre-emergent
herbicide for control of winter annuals (Jointed Goatgrass, and Cheatgrass). The reclaimed area looked good for
the time of year, though rather dry.

OFFSITE SUPPORT FACILIITES - Rule 4.04, 4.28:
Mine records are stored at the office of J. E. Stover in Grand Junction.

DOCUMENTS RECEIVED NA
OTHER (SPECIFY) NA

ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE

No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending.
