The mine is a reclaimed underground mine.
No mine personnel remain on site. Records are stored at the office of J. E. Stover and Associates. Mine records
were checked prior to the site inspection.

CAM Mining continues to have problems with unauthorized access through its property to the neighboring permit.
EXCESS SPOIL and DEVELOPMENT WASTE – Rule 4.09
Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization:
The weather was cool, and the South side of the canyon remains in shade due to the sun angle. The Waste
Rock pile was snow covered and in the shade. Snow cover is about 2 inches of crusty/icy snow. The reclaimed
pile appears stable and well vegetated.

HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05
Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18:
The site has been dry . No flowing water was observed in Salt Creek, or Munger Creek. The thin crusty
snow cover was completely gone in areas that received sunshine, yet, shadowed areas, like the south side of the
canyon, had a thin snow cover. There was no evidence of recent snow melt flowing, or run off. All ditches along
the access road looked good. The Inspector was unable to get to the permanent drainages along the reclaimed haul
road to the portal due to icy conditions.

ROADS – Rule 4.03
Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)
Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and (6)/4.03.2(5) and (6)
Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7):
The access road was dry up to the Munger Creek crossing. The bottom of the creek crossing was soft and
the east side of the slope was icy, so the inspector parked the truck and proceeded on foot. There were vehicle
tracks and foot prints in the roadway west of the creek crossing from a time that the road was soft and muddy. The
