Given this, please revise the Exhibit C maps to remove <br /> the designation of Natural Areas and replace it with Wildlife Habitat. <br /> Response 8 <br /> The Exhibit C (Attachment 1) maps have been updated by revising the Natural Areas to <br /> Reclaimed Pasture. It has been determined that Reclaimed Pasture is the appropriate <br /> term for the reclaimed post-mining use. Exhibit C and Exhibit F have been revised to <br /> reflect this change. <br /> RULE 6.4.4 EXHIBIT D - MINING PLAN <br /> Comment 9 <br /> Section 6.1.4 indicates LRM may import material to be used for backfill into the site. In <br /> addition to the notarized letter LRM has committed to submit if this activity will occur, <br /> LRM must also supply all the information that is required by Rule 3.1.5(9) prior to <br /> utilizing off-site material as backfill. Please commit to this requirement. <br /> Response 9 <br /> LRM has no plans to import backfill material onto this site.
