Please revise this map accordingly. Response 3 Sheet 1 of Exhibit C (Attachment 1) has been updated to extend 200 feet from the permit area in all locations. It now shows the name and locations of all creeks, roads, oil and gas wells and lines, and power and communication lines within 200 feet of all boundaries of the affected lands. Comment 4 Please label the contour lines on the Exhibit C, Sheet 1 map so the direction and rate of slope of the proposed affected land can be determined. Response 4 The contour lines have been labeled on Sheet 1 of Exhibit C (Attachment 1). Comment 5 Please revise the Exhibit C map to portray the type of vegetation covering the affected lands. Response 5 Exhibit C (Attachment 1) has been revised to show the type of vegetation covering the affected lands and is included with this submittal. Comment 6 Please revise the Exhibit C Map to show the owner's name, type of structures and location of all significant, valuable and permanent man-made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two hundred (200)feet of the affected land. It would be helpful to somehow tie this information shown on the map to the structures discussed in Exhibit S.
