Mine dewatering was projected to increase ditch losses by a few percent for the Little Cache and Taylor and Gill, respectively, during mining. After mining, ditch losses are expected to decrease due to lining of the pits. The results section of the groundwater modeling report provides estimates on the increased losses due to dewatering. Sections 6 and 7 of the revised groundwater report provides a monitoring and mitigation plan to measure for and mitigate excessive ditch losses. RULE 6.4.19 — EXHIBIT D — PERMANENT MAN-MADE STRUCTURES Comment 4 4. The Taylor and Gill Ditch and lateral is within 200 feet of the affected land. These structures are not included in Exhibit S. Please provide the required documentation to fulfill the requirements of Rule 6.4.19. Response 4 The Taylor and Gill Ditch and seven other structure owners have been identified and added to Exhibit S and shown on Sheet 1 of Exhibit C (Attachment 1). The table of parcels and structures is included in Response 2 above. The lateral is on LRM property and was not added to Exhibit S. The proof of mailings is in Attachment 3.
