Mickelson, Physical Science Researcher/Scientist DEC 2 0 <br />Date: December 19, 2017 2017 <br />Re: Bowie No. 1 Mine, Permit No. C-1981-038, (RN -7) DIVISION OF REC"MATION <br />Operator: Bowie Resources, LLC <br />MINING AND SAFETY <br />All or portions of Sections 1, 2, 10-15-, 22-25, T13S, R92W, 6th P.M.; all or <br />portions of Sections 17-19, 29-32, T13S, R91W, 6th P.M., Delta County <br />CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL <br />Bowie Resources, LLC proposes to renew its permit at the Bowie No. 1 Mine for another five <br />year term. Mining has ceased and reclamation activities are in progress. No changes are <br />proposed for the existing permit boundary or disturbed area. <br />Well permit no. 22422-F, located in the SW '/4 of the NW % of Section 13, Twp. 13 South, Rng. <br />92 West of the 6th P.M., is approved pursuant to Division 4 court case no. W-3106. <br />Please note that the site is located within an over appropriated stream basin.
