EXHIBIT C ā MINING/MILLING PLAN
Per Rule 6 requirements, the Gold Hill Mill Waterline operations will substantively
conform to the following described mining plan.
(1) MINING/MILLING PLAN
Colorado Milling Company, LLC proposes to install the Left Hand Creek
Pump Station and the Gold Hill Mill Pipeline during the earliest time period
when the weather permits the heat-fusion welding to connect the HDPE
two (2) inch pipeline. Because this task can only be accomplished during
warm weather, the installation will likely occur between the months of April
and October.
(a) Period of Mining/Milling
Colorado Milling Company, LLC proposes to commence pumping
operations upon receipt of applicable permits and applications. It is
anticipated that this can be accomplished by approximately mid-2018.
Ultimate project life will be dependent upon precious metal prices.
(b) Topsoil Management Plan
There are no areas containing appreciable amounts of topsoil that will be
disturbed during the installation of the Left Hand Creek Pump Station, the
Gold Hill Mill Pipeline, or the use of the Times Mine adit portal. The
11conex" containing the pump and generator will not disturb the land
surface on the South side of Left Hand Creek, because it will be resting on
the surface of the ground, which is composed entirely of gravel deposited
by the fluvial action of the creek. The Gold Hill Mill Pipeline will also be
resting on the surface of the land along the length of the Pipeline
Easement, except for a few areas where it will be buried to permit foot
traffic on historic mine access roads. There is no topsoil present in the
area in front of the Times Mine portal.
(c) Overburden/Waste Rock Management Plan
There are no areas where overburden or waste rock will be disturbed
during the installation of the Left Hand Creek Pump Station, the Gold Hill
Mill Pipeline, or the use of the Times Mine adit portal.
(d) Thickness of the Deposit to be Mined
Not applicable to this Permit Amendment Application.
Exhibit Cā Mining/Milling Plan 1
