g. An updated operations, reclamation and mitigation of impacts plan for the <br />new mining and reclamation activities required by Rule 2.05. <br />h. Information to address the requirements for permits for special categories of <br />mining, if applicable, required by Rule 2.06. <br />With the exception of item g; TMI's submittal of a new mine plan, Trapper Mine has submitted all <br />other relevant documents with permitting action PR8 and DRMS has reviewed the submitted <br />information. This stipulation remains in effect until a new mine plan is submitted. <br />Enforcement Actions <br />No enforcement actions have been issued since the last midterm review. <br />The Review Process for RN7 <br />o DRMS received TMI's application 14 April 2017. <br />o DRMS found the application complete 18 April 2017. <br />o TMI published its public notice weekly for four consecutive weeks beginning 26 April 2017. <br />o Proof of publication was submitted by TMI to DRMS on 15 June 2017. <br />o No objections or requests for informal conferences were received by DRMS during the <br />public comment period. <br />o The State Historical Preservation officer through History Colorado, provided DRMS a letter <br />stating they had no objections to the application. <br />o DRMS reviewed the application and sent TMI preliminary adequacy questions 9 June 2017. <br />o DRMS received TMI's preliminary adequacy responses 17 October 2017. <br />o TMI's response to the preliminary adequacy satisfactorily addressed all DRMS's questions. <br />o DRMS conducted AVS checks on the following dates: <br />• 1 June 2017 <br />• 31 October 2017 <br />• 29 November 2017 <br />Page 6 <br />Trapper RN7 Prepared by: R.
