Rock outcrops <br />continue to be scaled back. The primary activities during the inspection appeared to be along the upper portion of <br />the road along the facilities area where scrapers were pulling fill material from one area and placing it along <br />another section. <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />The 2015 and 2016 West Pit reclamation parcels were stable with good vegetative growth. No signs of erosion <br />was observed. <br /> <br />SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04: <br />The raw water pipeline being installed for Collom has been buried along the majority of its completed length. <br />Current activities were along the water storage area within the Collom facility area. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs were observed and inspected at the Colowyo Mine’s main entrance as well as at the <br />temporary Collom Haul Road facility area. All information for compliance was present. <br /> <br />Topsoil markers were observed along every Collom topsoil pile inspected. <br />
