Clayton Wein -3- November 17, 2017 <br />6. DRMS: Please update Exhibit 2 with the removal of site 2011-1 from the request for <br />bond release. <br />BRL: Exhibit 2 has been updated. <br />7. DRMS: Due to the sparseness of records, the Division will propose to <br />release Phase I liability for the plugging and sealing work associated for <br />Boreholes 1, 2, 3 and 4; unless, documentation is provided by the Operator <br />providing more information on these areas. The surface disturbance <br />associated with the boreholes was in areas Phase I released in SL -04. <br />BRL: Comment Noted. <br />In addition, DRMS' inspection report lists zones that were inspected as part of the bond <br />release inspection in September. It appears the zones referenced only correspond to <br />the reclamation work completed in 2011 and don't break down specific areas of <br />reclamation completed in 2008 and 2009.
