Th e pad was in good condition and there <br />were no erosional features identified. The berms were intact and functioning as designed to divert runoff from the <br />pad to the outlet on the southwest corner. The outlet has straw bales to help reduce the amount of sediment <br />leaving the site. The straw bales were in good condition. The vent shaft has been sealed and no issues were noted. <br />The rock fencing on the cut -slope of the pad was stable and there were no areas that needed repair. <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> Mine identification signs are located at the entrance to the mine site.
