The italicized items are the current comment and the bold text are the responses: <br /> EXHIBIT C-Pre-mininq and Mining Plan Maps)of Affected Lands(Rule 6.4.3): <br /> One or more maps may be necessary to legibly portray the following information: <br /> (b) the name and location of all creeks, roads, buildings oil and gas wells and lines, <br /> and power and communication lines on the area of affected land and within two <br /> hundred(200)feet of all boundaries of such area; -All locations are listed on Sheet <br /> 2a <br /> The owner of the lot immediately east of"lot 100"as shown on figure 2a is within 200 <br /> feet of the permit, but not listed on the map(Brown?). Also, none of the <br /> structures/utilities present on any of the lots immediately east of the site and within 200' <br /> of the permit boundary have been shown as required. This information may need to be <br /> presented on another map for legibility.—The lot east of lot 100 is labeled as <br /> "Brown".All utilities east of the site on Lakewood Ct. are shown on sheet 2a. <br /> (g)Show the owner's name, type of structures, and location of all permanent or man- <br /> made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two hundred(200)feet <br /> of the affected land. —All structures and type of structure are shown to best of our <br /> knowledge. <br /> There is a structure shown on figure 2a and figure 3 near the SW corner of the largest lined reservoir that is <br /> not properly identified. This structure is not shown on the figure 4 reclamation plan map—what is if, and will <br /> it be removed prior to release request?—This structure is a CCWCD pump house and is labeled in <br /> sheet 2a.There is no plan to remove this building. A structure agreement has been delivered to <br /> Central Colorado Water Conservancy District,the owner of the pump house and slurry wall and <br /> reclaimed ponds. <br /> The as-built configurations of the existing approved slurry walls will need to be included on all maps.—The <br /> existing approved slurry wall configuration is included and labeled on all maps. <br /> Please remove all extraneous features/information for features that are not within 200 feet of the permit <br /> boundary or referenced in the application from all provided maps. Please label/number on-site ponds <br /> individually for proper reference and to correspond with provided SWO liner approval letter.—All features <br /> outside of the 250'of site boundary have been removed from the updated maps.
