("operator"), file <br />ell, Russ Means, Tony Waldron, and <br />red on behalf of the Division of <br />t Bakken and Michael Hegarty, Esq. <br />. appeared on behalf of Information <br />, testimony, and evidence of the <br />e fully informed of the facts in the <br />FACT <br />1. Operator holds a 112(d-1) reclamai ion permit for a 31.91 -acre uranium <br />mining operation located in Section 36, Township 51 North, Range 95 West, 10th <br />Principal Meridian, Mesa County. The site is known as the Whirlwind Mine. The site is <br />a designated mining operation. <br />2. On September 10, 2008, the Di <br />for the Whirlwind Mine. <br />3. On June S, 2009, the site went <br />Revision 1. <br />4. On May 7, 2013, the Mined Land <br />period of Temporary Cessation ("TC -1") for the <br />19, 2012. <br />5.
