The vegetation has gone <br />dormant for the winter but continues to function to stabilize the backfilled slopes and reclaimed areas. <br /> <br />SLIDES and DAMAGE - Rule 4.12: <br /> In the north decline area Ute Water has dug and backfilled small areas “potholes” alongside the waterline. <br />The waterline is marked with blue painted “T” posts. Only one of the “potholes” appears to fall partially within <br />the affected area still within the Roadside permit area. The “pothole” disturbance area is approximately 40feet x <br />15 feet. The disturbances have been backfilled and graded. It did not appear that Ute Water had re-seeded their <br />disturbances. Snowcap Coal need to contact Ute Water regarding reseeding these areas with the appropriate seed <br />mix.
