This technical revision consists of:
1) Modification of the reclamation plan
2) Bond adjustment
Each of these items is addressed below.
1. Modification of reclamation plan
Reclamation slopes will be no steeper than 3H: IV. General topographic conditions will be
similar to those shown on the revised Map F-1.
2. Bond Adjustment
Based on the current sit conditions shown on the attached Current Site Map, the bond has been
recalculated.
This is based on the revised backfill and topsoil values that are needed to achieve reclamation
from the mining extents shown on Map C-2 to the reclamation plan shown on Map F-1.
The worst case reclamation tasks are outlined below.
1. Knock down remaining highwalls to 3H:1 V. All other steep sloped piles onsite are either
sellable aggregate product, or topsoil piles that will be used in reclamation.
2. Remove remaining junk. including skids, buggies. trailers, rankers, broken trucks, etc,
3. Remove remaining tree and slash piles. Most trees have been separated from slash and
trach and have either been burned or are piled for sale as firewood.
4. Topsoil disturbed area.
5. Disk and harrow topsoil.
6. Seed and mulch.
Gloria Z Pit l
