16. Response to the PAR comment is adequate. The larger font size in Table t-1 is greatly
appreciated.
a. The Division has not received any further updates with respect to certified mail return
receipts in Exhibit T since the updated version dated August 23, 2017 was received
by the Division on August 281h. There is one "Owner of Record" for which a mail
delivery status has not been provided. If CC&V has not received the PS Form 3811,
the Division will accept a screen capture/report that can be obtained online
(https://tools.usps.com/go/TrackConfirmAction input)using the article number. An
example is included in Attachment A. Please provide a status update for:

RESPONSE: The letters sent to each "Owner of Record"mentioned above has
been tracked online using the article number.A screen shot of the current
tracking status along with the scanned original mail receipt can be found in
Attachment 3.
With regards to No. 15. Shimeal, Warren G, the attached screen shot using the
tracking number assigned by the USPS for international certified mail is
attached, which shows the letter was delivered to Mr. Schimeal on October 17,
2017. Unlike domestic certified mail, the tracking number for international mail
is assigned by the USPS when it completes PS Form 3806, Registered Mail
Receipt. See attached form completed by the USPS, which includes a Registered
No. RE152122458US. This number was used to track delivery of the letter.
With regards to the Division's comment, "note the PS Form 2865 submitted to
the Division did not include the article number nor the address"we offer the
following explanation.
