7. After the Board revokes an operator's permit, the operator may continue <br />mining operations to bring it into compliance with the permit and, once those operations <br />are completed to the satisfaction of the Board, the Board shall reinstate such permit. <br />C.R.S. § 34-32.5-124(6)(b); Rules 3.3.2(2)(a) and 4.20(3)(a), 2 C.C.R. 407-4. <br />8.
