OPERATORS <br /> SHOULD READ THE FOLLOWING PAGES CAREFULLY IN ORDER TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE <br /> WITH THE TERMS OF THE PERMIT AND APPLICABLE RULES AND REGULATIONS. If a <br /> Possible Violation is indicated, you will be notified under separate cover as to when the Mined Land <br /> Reclamation Board will consider possible enforcement action. <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC:Trash/inoperable vehicle(s) on-site. <br /> PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: Trash/refuse/inoperable vehicles were present on the site. This is a <br /> problem at this time for failure to dispose of refuse in a manner that controls unsightliness or deleterious <br /> effects of such refuse pursuant to C.R.S. 34-32.5-116(4)(e). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: The operator shall submit a written notice to the Division with photo documentation, <br /> that all trash and inoperable vehicles have been removed from the site by the corrective action date below. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION DUE DATE: 12/04/17 <br /> INSPECTION TOPIC: Reclamation Success <br /> PROBLEM/POSSIBLE VIOLATION: Problem: Failure to reclaim affected area within five years of the end of <br /> mining activity as required by Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials CRS <br /> 34-32.5-112 (6). <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTIONS: Provide for DRMS approval, by the corrective action due date below, a schedule to <br /> complete required reclamation for all affected areas. Final reclamation should be completed no later than <br /> spring 2018. Timetables for earthwork, topsoil replacement, and seeding should be included.
