Please provide some background and discussion and resubmit Exhibit D. <br /> RESPONSE: The proposed gas line described above was never constructed and there are no <br /> plans to construct. Drawing C-3 has been updated to remove the line in question. Please see <br /> Attachment 2 for revised Drawing C-3. <br /> 9. Drawing C-4. This drawing, as previously included with AM-I I depicts"Proposed Overburden <br /> and Mines". As the permit boundary adjustment in AM-12 was required to incorporate <br /> development waste removed from the Chicago Tunnel,the Division expected this drawing to be <br /> included to identify the development waste location as it was not previously in the permit <br /> boundary. Please submit Drawing C-4 with the development waste location identified. <br /> RESPONSE: Drawing C-4a has been updated to include the location of the waste rock piles <br /> (i.e., development rock)associated with the Chicago Tunnel.
