The paved portion of the <br />road was in good condition, no issues were noted. The un-paved portion of the haul road was in good repair. There <br />were no ruts or rills forming. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br /> The mine identification sign is located to the left of the entrance to the site (Photo 3). The sign displays the <br />required information about the Operator and the Division. The topsoil pile markers were clearly visible on top of <br />Topsoil Pile No. 1 and Topsoil Pile No. 2. During the inspection, the orange safety fencing was in place on all four of <br />the old coal feeder structures (Photo 4). <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br /> Topsoil Pile No. 1 is located on the west end of the loadout. The pile was stable and well vegetated. There <br />were no erosional features identified on the pile. Topsoil Pile No. 2 is located on the east end of the loadout. The pile <br />was well vegetated and there were no indications of instability. The re were not any erosional issues identified. <br /> <br />
