This shallow well has a
median dissolved manganese concentration of 0.38 mg/L with a sample size of four. While the
sample size is very small the data is very consistent with a difference between the minimum and
maximum values of only 0.05 mg/L.
Due to the very limited amount of data available prior to January 31, 1994, in the Eagle River
drainage (4 sample events from one shallow well that was not located near the existing POC
wells) it is not appropriate to utilize the limited historic data from the former EVMW to establish a
dissolved manganese standard for the existing POC wells in the Eagle River drainage.
B r
0.00 -
A -pre 9d
5-97-99 C-00-05 D-0$-11 E-12-17
Period
Ea le River Basin
GW -2
.4
00-
C
0 02 -
0.41- •
A -pre 9d 8-95-99 C-00-05 U-06-11 E-12-17
Period
In the Eagle River drainage only one well, EVMW, has pre -1994 data.
