Currently, there are no outstanding changes in ownership or control of
New Elk Coal Company, LLC.
2. Page 2.05-30a has been revised to add pond 6a to the stream buffer zone
variance.
3. Grazing activities — See Item 4. Hill ranch management is not orientated
toward grazing but more to wildlife enhancement rather than grazing.
4. As discussed with DRMS personnel during the October LCM inspection,
NECC would prefer addressing both Woody Plant Density sampling and
grazing in the larger context of reclamation standards in a future TR
working with NECC, Arcadis and DRMS personnel in early 2018.
12250 Hwy 12 I PHONE (719) 859-0111
Weston, CO 81091 FAX ((719) 868-0044
E-MAIL ronthompson@newelkcoal.com
