NORWEST <br /> C 0 R P 0 R A T 1 0 N <br /> Conclusions <br /> Infrastructure on Fort Carson exists within 200 feet of the proposed Hitch Rack Ranch Quarry permit <br /> boundary. The road, gate, and fence are all located east of Highway 115, and Hitch Rack Ranch Quarry <br /> access road construction will not impact the fence or the gate. The Fort Carson access road will be <br /> impacted by the construction of an acceleration lane, but all construction will be permitted with CDOT, <br /> completed in cooperation with CDOT, and will occur within the Highway 115 right-of-way. Thus, <br /> development and operation of the Hitch Rack Ranch Quarry will not adversely impact use of the road, <br /> gate, or fence on Fort Carson. <br /> Engineer Certification <br /> This engineering evaluation demonstrates that the gate, fence and road on Fort Carson will not be <br /> adversely impacted by construction related to quarry development. <br /> o J.
