Transit Mix Concrete Co. <br /> included in this reclamation plan are required for successful revegetation, appropriate revisions <br /> to this plan will be submitted to the Division for review and approval. <br /> This reclamation plan is consistent with industry practices, agency requirements and <br /> recommendations, and has been reviewed by the Wildlife Habitat Council (WHC, see <br /> attachment). Industry documents prepared by Federal agencies and organizations or western <br /> States are included, because Colorado does not have similar documents for reclaiming mine <br /> lands. The review by WHC includes several recommendations based on communications with <br /> State and Federal agencies.
